Changed your mind? We get it. Spinning keychains can be an emotional decision.

You’ve got 15 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To get your refund, the product must be:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• Shipped back to us (yep, you’re responsible for return shipping)

Once we receive the item and make sure it hasn’t been through a keychain apocalypse, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days.

 Things we can’t refund:

• Used or damaged products

• Items returned after the 15-day window

• Shipping costs (unless it was our mistake)

To start a return, just shoot us an email at [your@email.com] with your order number and a quick “hey, I want to return this.” We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
